Conyr (“Conyr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides real-time Solana wallet and market intelligence through our website at conyr.ai, our web application (including the terminal), and our Chrome extension (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services.
This policy applies to visitors and users of our website and web app, and to users of our Chrome extension when it interacts with Conyr-controlled endpoints or pages (for example, when you sign in to link your Conyr account to extension features).
2.1 Account and authentication
If you create or use a Conyr account, we collect the information you provide (such as email address and profile details you choose to add) and authentication data needed to secure your session (for example, session tokens managed by our auth provider). We do not ask for, store, or have access to your cryptocurrency private keys, seed phrases, or hardware-wallet secrets.
2.2 Usage and technical data
When you use the Services, our servers and infrastructure automatically receive technical information typical of web and API traffic, such as IP address, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. We also process in-app activity needed to operate features you request (for example, queries for wallet or token views, API usage in line with your plan, and real-time subscriptions).
2.3 On-chain and public data
Much of what Conyr displays is derived from public blockchain data (for example, Solana transaction and token metadata that is already published on-chain). Public chain data is not “personal data” in the same way as an email address, but wallet addresses you look up or connect for display may be associated with your account activity on our systems.
2.4 Chrome extension
Our extension may communicate with Conyr when you use features that require your Conyr session or our APIs. We collect only what is needed to provide those features (for example, validating your login and fulfilling the action you initiated). The extension does not sell your browsing history.
2.5 Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and to understand how the Services are used. On the web, we use analytics and tag-management tools as described below.
To provide, maintain, and improve the Services
To authenticate users, prevent abuse, and protect security
To respond to support requests and communicate service-related notices
To comply with law and enforce our terms
To measure product usage and performance (including through analytics partners)
We use third-party service providers for hosting, infrastructure, authentication, email, analytics, and error/performance monitoring. These providers process information on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
Our website and app may load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights for usage and performance measurement. Those providers may collect device and usage data subject to their own policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings where applicable.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:
With subprocessors that help us run the Services (hosting, auth, analytics)
To comply with legal process or protect rights, safety, and security
In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice where required
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data category (for example, security logs vs. marketing communications).
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage strong, unique passwords and safeguarding your account credentials.
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your request.
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as appropriate.
