This Privacy Policy explains how Conyr, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Conyr (“Conyr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information across conyr.ai, the Conyr application, API, MCP server, WebSocket services, browser extension, bots, and related communications (collectively, the “Services”). Conyr is the controller or organization responsible for the personal information described here. If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the Services.
This policy applies when Conyr determines why and how personal information is processed. If you use Conyr through another company's product or agent, that company may separately control information it sends to or receives from Conyr; review its privacy notice as well. Third-party websites, wallets, protocols, and applications have their own privacy practices.

2.1 Account and authentication information
We process identifiers and credentials needed to create and secure an account, such as email address, account ID, authentication records, session tokens, login timestamps, and profile information you provide. If you use Google sign-in, we receive the identifiers and profile fields Google makes available under the permissions shown to you. If you use wallet authentication, we process the public wallet address, signed message, and signature needed to verify control. Conyr does not ask for or store seed phrases, private keys, or hardware- wallet secrets.
2.2 Billing and subscription information
Stripe processes checkout and payment-card details. Conyr receives limited billing records such as Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, billing cadence, subscription status, transaction status, and contact details needed to administer the account. Conyr does not receive full payment-card numbers from Stripe Checkout.
2.3 Service content and configuration
We process what you submit or configure in the Services, including wallet and token queries, connected or saved public addresses, user-assigned address names, AI prompts and responses, feedback, support messages, API requests and key metadata, alert rules, notification-channel details, watchlists, and other feature settings. Avoid submitting confidential information or personal information you are not authorized to provide.
2.4 Public blockchain and other public-source information
Conyr indexes and derives intelligence from public Solana transactions, accounts, token data, program activity, and public labels or metadata. Public availability does not necessarily mean information falls outside privacy law: a wallet address or derived classification may be personal information when it can reasonably be associated with an identifiable individual. Conyr generally analyzes addresses and observable activity, not verified real-world identity.
2.5 Device, network, cookie, and usage information
When you use the Services, we and our providers may automatically receive IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate region derived from IP, referring page, cookie or similar identifiers, pages and features used, API and WebSocket activity, timestamps, performance measurements, crash or diagnostic data, and security events.
2.6 Communications, waitlists, and notifications
If you join a waitlist, subscribe to updates, request an invite, configure an alert, or contact us, we process contact information, consent and unsubscribe status, referral or campaign data, message content, delivery status, and the notification destination you choose, such as email, browser push, or a supported bot account.
2.7 Browser extension and bots
Extension and bot features may process page context, public addresses, account-session data, chat or channel identifiers, commands, and responses necessary to perform the action you invoke. Browser permissions are presented by the browser or extension store. We do not use these features to collect seed phrases or private keys.
Directly from you when you register, connect a wallet, submit a query, configure a feature, purchase a plan, or contact us.
Automatically from your browser, device, API client, extension, bot, or interaction with the Services.
From public blockchains, public websites, and other publicly available sources used to build on-chain intelligence.
From service providers such as authentication, billing, analytics, anti-abuse, hosting, and communications providers.
Provide, personalize, maintain, and troubleshoot the Services and requested integrations.
Authenticate users, issue and meter API access, administer plans, and process billing events.
Generate requested wallet, token, market, security, provenance, coordination, and AI-assisted results.
Deliver alerts, transactional messages, support, product notices, and communications you request.
Monitor reliability, measure feature usage, debug failures, plan capacity, and improve product design.
Detect fraud, credential abuse, prohibited automation, attacks, and violations of our Terms.
Comply with law, respond to lawful process, resolve disputes, and establish or defend legal claims.
Send marketing where permitted by law and consistent with your consent or other lawful permission.
Where a law requires a legal basis, we rely as applicable on performance of our contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, consent, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.
Conyr uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, traffic routing, analytics, performance, and advertising measurement. The Services use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and, on selected public pages, the Meta Pixel. When enabled, the Meta Pixel may send Meta online identifiers, IP address, browser and device information, referring page, page URL, advertising or campaign information, and the limited events we configure. These include page views on selected public pages and browser events when you complete registration, initiate Stripe Checkout, or Stripe confirms your subscription is active. Conversion events use neutral Conyr URLs. We do not send Meta your email address, Conyr user ID, wallet or token data, or page views from wallet, token, account, or app pages. We use this information to attribute visits, measure campaign performance, and deliver or improve advertising. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Google Tag Manager is a container through which configured tags may operate.
Meta Pixel advertising measurement is optional. We activate the Meta Pixel and send its events only after you consent. You can accept or reject it and later change your choice through Privacy choices. Where required, we also treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out. Rejecting Meta Pixel advertising measurement does not affect cookies needed to provide or secure the Services. You can also use browser controls and Meta's privacy settings. Blocking necessary storage may break login or other features.
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including to:
Infrastructure and hosting providers, including providers that host applications, databases, networking, monitoring, and content delivery.
Authentication and analytics providers, including Google and Vercel, to authenticate users and measure performance and usage.
Advertising measurement providers, including Meta, to attribute campaigns, measure advertising performance, and support advertising.
Billing providers, including Stripe, to create customers, process checkout, manage subscriptions, prevent fraud, and support billing.
Communications and anti-abuse providers, including Resend and Cloudflare, for email delivery, waitlists, verification, and bot protection.
Data and application providers, including Supabase and providers supporting requested integrations, extension functions, and notification channels.
Professional advisers and authorities where reasonably necessary to obtain advice, comply with law, or protect Conyr, users, or others.
Transaction counterparties in a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some jurisdictions define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly than a monetary sale; you may contact us to exercise any applicable opt-out right. We do not disclose seed phrases or private keys because the Services are not designed to collect them.
Conyr is a United States company. Conyr and its providers may process or store information in the United States, Canada, and other countries where they operate. Information may therefore be subject to the laws and lawful-access regimes of those jurisdictions. Conyr uses contractual, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the circumstances for information transferred to providers acting on its behalf.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including to maintain an account, provide requested history, secure the Services, meet tax and accounting duties, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention varies by category, sensitivity, legal requirement, and operational need. We may retain de-identified or aggregate information where it can no longer reasonably identify an individual.
Public blockchain records are maintained by decentralized networks outside Conyr's control and cannot be deleted by Conyr. Deleting a Conyr account does not erase public on-chain activity. Backup and security records may persist for a limited period after deletion.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature and sensitivity of the information, including access controls, authentication protections, encrypted transport, monitoring, and provider controls. No system is completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding passwords, API keys, wallet devices, and sessions and for notifying us promptly of suspected compromise.
Conyr uses automated rules, statistical methods, and models to produce wallet labels, scores, similarity results, bundle and coordination detections, provenance paths, security signals, and other derived intelligence from observable activity. These are probabilistic or evidence-bounded product outputs, not verified statements about a natural person's identity, intent, legal status, or character. See the Terms of Service for required use restrictions.
Conyr does not use these wallet classifications to make employment, credit, housing, insurance, or comparable legally significant decisions about registered users. Customers and integrators control how they use API outputs and are responsible for their own lawful basis, notices, human review, and decision processes.
We make the following privacy choices available to all users, including Delaware residents: you may ask us to confirm whether we process your personal information; access it; correct inaccuracies; delete information provided by or obtained about you; or provide a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent and opt out of personal-data sales, targeted advertising, or profiling used for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Conyr does not sell personal information for money or use it for such legally significant profiling. When advertising technologies are enabled, disclosure of online identifiers and browsing activity to advertising platforms may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising under some laws. You may reject or withdraw consent to Meta Pixel advertising cookies through Privacy choices and exercise other applicable opt-out rights by contacting us.
Send a request to hello@conyr.aiwith “Privacy Request” in the subject. We may verify your identity and authority before responding. Because control of a wallet address can change and signatures are public, we may require a fresh signed message or other proportionate proof before acting on address-related requests. Rights are subject to applicable exceptions, including security, legal claims, other people's rights, and information we cannot reasonably verify as relating to you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject. Delaware residents whose appeal is denied may contact the Delaware Department of Justice at privacy@delaware.gov. You may also complain to another competent privacy or data-protection authority where applicable.
You may unsubscribe from marketing through the link in a message or by contacting us. We will process valid unsubscribe requests as required by applicable law. Even after a marketing opt-out, we may send non-promotional messages necessary for an account, transaction, security event, or requested service.
The Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Links, wallet software, blockchain networks, protocols, browsers, extension stores, bots, and third-party integrations are not controlled by Conyr. Their processing is governed by their own notices. Public blockchain activity may be copied and analyzed by anyone, independently of Conyr.
We may update this policy as the Services, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and change the last-updated date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where reasonably appropriate or legally required. The prior policy governs processing before the new effective date unless law permits otherwise.
