The affected product surface: website, REST API, MCP, WebSocket, extension, or bot.
Approximate time, timezone, endpoint or MCP tool name, and any request or error ID.
For an API key, include only a short non-secret suffix if needed to identify it.
For on-chain data, include the public token, pool, wallet, or transaction address.
Include the MCP server URL, the tool ChatGPT attempted to call, and whether the failure occurred while connecting, signing in, listing tools, or running a tool. Do not send OAuth tokens or authorization headers. Conyr investigations are read-only and do not construct, sign, or submit transactions.
Include the returned evidence URL and identify the field you are questioning. Empty, null, partial, degraded, stale, unknown, and unsupported states have different meanings; support can help determine which state applies without treating missing data as a zero or a clean result.
